Savings
Add yourself to your monthly bill list and put aside a certain amount every month, that you send to a completely separate account ideally to simulate paying a bill. Also so you are not tempted to transfer funds back to spending money so easily. This payment does not have to be hundreds (unless you have an immediate goal) be realistic so it is a habit you can keep up and see financial gain over time.
Asset vs Liability
Cars, food, clothes, entertainment all fun, all things we love but all LIABILITES !! Meaning they take $$ first and normally there is no financial gain later. Now Real estate, stocks & bonds, art work ! You know sh** that appreciates with value over time.. meaning investing into things that produce financial gain. That’s the butta $$. Start simple with stocks, crypto, bank certificates and grow into real estate and more !
Donation FYI
Did you know if you give to Goodwill, that’s donation? Every time you pay tithes to a church, that’s donation. Anytime you give money to a 403c organization that is a you guessed it, a Donation ! But did you also know that if you keep record or receipt of those donations or simply ask the organization for it and file it in your yearly taxes your will receive it back? … Yes ! That’s right that donation money will be included in your tax return.
